He obtained higher education qualifications in technical sciences and philosophy. In 1999, he defended his Dr.Sci. (Philosophy) dissertation. In 2002, he was awarded the academic title of professor. He has been a professor of the Department of Philosophy and Sociology at Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) since 2011.
